General Terms and Conditions

Rooms and apartments are available from 2:00 PM.
Guests arriving earlier are, of course, welcome to use all hotel facilities.
Arrival is possible on any day.

On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms and apartments by 11:00 AM.

For dogs, we charge € 20.00 per day (without food).

 

Payment Formalities

For fixed bookings, we request a deposit of € 600.00.

Settlement of the Bill

The bill can, of course, be paid in cash at the hotel.
Furthermore, you can pay your bill on-site with a debit card (Maestro/EC card) or with Eurocard/Mastercard and Visa credit cards. Alternatively, you can transfer the invoice amount to our bank account prior to your holiday.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your holiday up to six weeks before the date of arrival, we will refund your deposit (minus a € 22.00 processing fee). From the sixth week before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be forfeited. If the holiday is cancelled within the last three weeks before arrival, we must charge you the agreed hotel costs - in the case of half board, minus € 15.00 for adults and € 15.00 for each child per day. This also applies in the event of delayed arrival or early departure. For your protection, we offer cancellation insurance. This is available for € 40.00 per adult.

The provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH) apply.

Our children's and youth program includes crafting, painting, and playtimes outdoors as well as in the children's playroom.

Treasure hunts, kids' Olympics, table tennis tournaments, campfires with roasting sausages and potatoes, the children's dining table, sailing trips during the day or evening, and occasionally at night with music and drinks for the young at heart.

The children's program is created weekly and is tailored to the age and wishes of the children, as well as the weather.
In addition to the extensive program for children, we are also perfectly equipped: childproof sockets, children's playroom, play sets, children's playground, children's cutlery, high chairs, bibs, children's plates...

In good weather for swimming, children will surely enjoy riding in the motorboat the most, or sitting on the banana boat or tube themselves.

Before your child stands on water skis, they can also practice with the wakeboard.

We can provide you with a baby monitor. Only the telephone costs are charged, as the baby monitor works via the telephone and mobile network. The advantage of this is that you can be reached anywhere.
In the classic wooden motorboat "Maresi" from 1965, a sightseeing tour leaves nothing to be desired. We will show you the most beautiful places and high-society estates on Lake Wörthersee or offer you a stylish transfer across the lake. The V8 engine, with its 350 HP, lets you glide across the lake and instantly puts you in a holiday mood. We are happy to offer our boat for birthdays and weddings.
Our little "water fleas" are gently introduced to the wet element: taking a ride in the motorboat before they are ready for skis, practicing on the wakeboard, or dancing on the waves with the large tube or banana boat.
Whirling behind the motorboat on the tubes or the banana boat is a daily highlight for young and old alike. The 350 HP promise fun, action, and speed. Captain Werner will come with the tubes or the banana boat directly to your beach.
Having your own motorboat license is a dream for many. With more than 25 years as a captain on the lake, Werner has the necessary experience and expertise to provide you with first-class training. Captain Werner will assist you with both theory and practice. Learn all the important maneuvers, knots, and signals so you can later navigate Lake Wörthersee yourself. Your practice boat is our mahogany wooden motorboat with a 350 HP V8 engine.
Alongside its big sister, the "Thalia", our steamboat "S.L. Marie Christin" is one of only two steam-powered ships on Lake Wörthersee. The great passion for historic wooden ships of restaurateur Seppi Motschiunig brought the English steamboat to Lake Wörthersee. The ship was extensively restored by hand and put back into operation. At a gentle pace around the lake Your captain Seppi Motschiunig will show you the most beautiful places on Lake Wörthersee. The steamboat offers the perfect opportunity to host weddings, sightseeing tours, or company events.
Our fleet includes one of the last commercial mahogany wooden motorboats on Lake Wörthersee. The boat "Maresi" was built in 1965 and provides a beautiful setting for wedding photography. With speeds of up to 50 km/h and space for 9 passengers, a "flying" transfer to your next location is guaranteed.
